Truska operate a Remote Support system allowing us to securely and safely log in to your computer to carry out maintenance, installation and training tasks.
To access this service please first contact us using email@example.com or the Support Portal and we will contact you and, if necessary, instruct you on how to establish a secure connection.
We use Team Viewer to manage our Remote Support
If you have TeamViewer on your system we can link i use the ID and password supplied by the system otherwise please click on the link below to install TeamViewer and establish a link to Truska.
