Glentoran called upon David’s services at a particular stressfully time when the Club lost two key employees in the middle of their Domestic and European Licence applications.

Truska provided a fast efficient resolution to our web site and Email problems giving sound and practical advice and implementing lasting solutions in a very professional manner enabling key staff to complete the licence applications in a timely fashion.

I would particularly commend David Cunningham on his honesty and integrity as at the time he could have used the situation to ramp up his charges as our need was so desperate. I was pleasantly surprised with the final account and indeed he did manage to save us money over our previous providers.

“We first looked at INVU towards the end of 2002 and quickly decided it was the right solution for us. In January 2003 we installed a 10-user system within our administration department, this was such a resounding success that we followed this with another 10 users to incorporate our Tax department. In March 2004 we then increased the user count to 30 to encompass everyone in the building.

Truska’s approach from the outset was one of dedication and attention to detail. They helped with the design and the setting up of our filing structure ensuring that our needs were married in with the benefits of INVU thus achieving a very effective system. All staff took to the system with a minimal of training - in fact the system was so easy to use we did much of the training in-house on the job ourselves.

On-going support has been effective with help available in areas not directly related to INVU being offered as well, such as getting documents from other systems into INVU involving Microsoft Word and Sage Tax & Accounts systems.

The company has benefited in many ways from the installation of INVU. From simple time savings, due to less manual filing and a vast reduction in running around looking for files and documents that are not in the main filing room, to improved client service with many more client enquires being answered on the first call due to the information needed being readily available within INVU to the person taking the call.

I would wholly recommend that any company thinking of going down the document management route should give Truska and INVU a favourable hearing.”
