Pay by Direct Debit

Truska use GoCardless to collect regular account payments .

To set up a DD using GoCardless please complete this Direct Debit sign up form here.

This form requires your Bank Details and authorisation for us to collect via DD is fully complainant with the Direct Debit standards and offers the same Direct Debit Guarantee that a manually set up one offers.

You will always receive an invoice from Truska in advance of any collections. If at any time you do not want us to collect a specific invoice or to change the collection instruction going forward please just email accounts@truska.com or call us.

Direct debit payments are secure and low cost. They allow us to keep our admin costs low and thus our prices at a competitive level. If you pay by Direct Debit we can also spread the costs of annual payments over a longer period, monthly or quarterly, but at a small additional cost - please call us (028 9751 9550) or email accounts@truska.com for details.

Direct Debit Gaurantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit GoCardless will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request GoCardless to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by GoCardless or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GoCardless asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
